Unleashing The Untapped Self:

Emotional Intelligence At Work workshop offers skill development and tools for growth in the areas of communication, listening, conflict resolution, and stress management. Participants are given the opportunity to engage in group discussions, light-hearted games, and learning exercises that demonstrate how people with varying personalities approach problems and work to reach solutions.

DAY 1

  • Emotional Intelligence and Leadership

Module 2: Identifying the Self (11.00AM – 1.00PM)

  • Defining Self – Awareness
  • Aspects of Self – Awareness
  • Objective and Subjective Assessments of Self – Awareness
  • Identifying unhelpful thoughts and emotions
  • Mapping self – defeating behavioural patterns

Methodology

Our methodology ensures that there is targeted training customisation from the research as well as sustainability through follow up workshop and coaching. Additionally, the workshop contains several steps to ensure a total organisational development programme. Each preceding step will enhance the effectiveness of the next step, thus ensure a better return of investment on the whole programme.

Participants will be able to relate their learning back to real life work environment, along with developing action for post training sustainability. Participants can expect an extensive use of role plays, activities, group discussions, and standardized instruments that help to fortify the learning process.
