This two-day workshop provides a comprehensive exploration of human-centered leadership principles and practical strategies for applying them in real-world leadership contexts. Participants will be introduced to LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, a methodology developed by LEGO as a tool to catalyse discussions to gain valuable insights and the skills to lead with empathy, build trust, foster inclusivity, and inspire collaborative teams for success.

Methodology

workshop.
