Human-Centered Leadership: Empowering Teams for Success through LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

Who should attend

In today’s rapidly evolving workplace landscape, effective leadership is no longer solely about achieving business objectives; it’s about empowering, nurturing and developing the people who drive those results.

Human-centered leadership is a people-first approach to leadership. Good leaders know that when their people feel cared for, they feel motivated and deliver better work and feel a deeper connection to the organisation. It emphasises empathy, compassion, and understanding the human experience in the workplace. Instead of focusing solely on tasks, goals, or profits, human-centered leadership places people at the core of decision-making processes and organisational culture.

This two-day workshop provides a comprehensive exploration of human-centered leadership principles and practical strategies for applying them in real-world leadership contexts. Participants will be introduced to LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, a methodology developed by LEGO as a tool to catalyse discussions to gain valuable insights and the skills to lead with empathy, build trust, foster inclusivity, and inspire collaborative teams for success.

Join us in this workshop and embark on a journey to unlock the full potential of your teams and create a culture of empowerment, engagement, and success.
