  • Specific focus on Part XVA of the Act, which deals with sexual harassment

 

Session 3: Complaint Procedures
  • How to make a complaint of sexual harassment
  • Employer’s duty to inquire into complaints
  • Possible outcomes if an employer refuses to inquire into a complaint
  • The role of the Director General in reviewing complaints

 

Session 4: Consequences of Sexual Harassment
  • Disciplinary actions that can be taken if sexual harassment is proven
  • The impact of sexual harassment on the workplace and individuals

 

Session 5: Prevention of Sexual Harassment
  • Best practices for creating a safe and respectful workplace environment
