The performance of organisations is among the top agendas in any management, and quite rightly so. However, many organisations are measuring the “wrong square peg in a round hole”, demonstrating their efforts akin to busy bees without collecting any honey. Since you cannot hope to manage what you cannot measure properly, it is no wonder many are not performing up to expectations. This can result in praising the bad and reprimanding the good. Module 7: Understanding the Performance Appraisal (PA) System, with JD Perspectives
  • Common Problems with the PA System: Case Study
  • How to Fix These?

 

Module 8: How to Systemise the PA Properly
  • Objectivity
  • Fairness
  • Transparency and Favouritism
  • Case for Your Organisation, Including Promotion Guidelines

 

Module 9: Summary and Workshop
  • Set KPIs for Respective Areas or Departments
  • Explain to Subordinates How KPIs are Applied to the Performance Appraisal System
