Increasing Productivity by Optimizing Work-Life Balance (Parenting Model)

Surveys from all around the world are revealing a distressing trend: “work” and “life” have become blurred together in the Covid-19 era. Research shows that employees are putting in between one to four hours longer because the working day no longer has clear boundaries.

Furthermore, working parents face a new set of challenges:

§     How do I handle stress and anxiety while working from home alongside my children?

§     Why are my kids so fierce and defensive?

§     How do I help my children overcome their screen addiction?

§     Why can’t my child stop lying?

Between parenting, working and monitoring their children who are also now studying from home, the pandemic has left countless working parents feeling burnt out, exhausted and stressed.

Finally, studies show that working parents suffer from a severe loss of productivity, innovation and leadership skills, which can adversely affect your organization for years to come.

This interactive workshop is designed to give working parents and leaders in your workplace the tools, knowledge and skills to optimize their work-life balance while becoming healthier and happier parents. Accordingly, their productivity, leadership skills and innovation in the workplace will improve considerably.
