Fundamental Goal Setting & Delegation Skills

The following fundamental skills will be acquired in this programme:

  1. Communicate, not TALK – Learning how to profile team members to understand who’s who and what language they speak.
  2. Motivation filters – Identifying motivation filters to enable leaders to know when to apply pressure and when to let go.
  3. Persuading skills and techniques – Understanding that certain words are more emotional than others. Learning to use them effectively in pitches to customers.
  4. Evaluate – Learning to identify patterns in performance, recognising strengths and areas for improvement after a sale. Understanding why a sale did not happen and leveraging mistakes as valuable learning opportunities.

 

Methodology

The trainer brings 18 years of sales experience across various industries to share with the participants, having led teams from the ground level to a strategic level. This background ensures the learning is realistic and applicable.

Training is delivered in a highly interactive and experiential manner. Concepts and background information are presented through group exercises, discussions, and activities, creating an environment that facilitates accelerated learning and application.

The trainer will facilitate discussions on real issues and challenges that participants face in their work and private lives. Each activity will be thoroughly debriefed to link the learning to real-life situations.

  • How to talk to people who are different from you?
  • What words works and what words don’t
  • Why people react differently under pressure?

 

Module 2: Language of Appreciation
  • Understand the types of appreciation
  • 1 shoe does not fit all
  • Look at various way to supervise and motivate the team.

 

Module 3: Learning Patterns
  • The learning behaviour and their differences.
  • Who are the visuals, what is their character.
  • Who are the audio , what is their character.
  • Who are the kinesthetic, what is their character.
  • Who are the thinkers, what is their character.

 

Module 4: Business Simulation

CEO in a BOX.

  • Strategy, Zoom in and out, Big Picture, Communication,

 

DAY 2
Module 5: Motivation Direction:
  • Learn 4 types in motivational directions?
  • How to use them and when to use them
  • How to identify the directions?

 

Module 6: Understanding why people take action and why others don’t
  • Who’s Aida?
  • See the cycle of Human Thought process
  • How to use stir curiosity?

 

 Module 7: SMARTER GOALS
  • How to set action steps?
  • What is a Smarter Goal?
  • How to be totally in control of this Goal?
  • Getting a commitment to the Goal, best practices.
