Effective Line Management

Effective line management is critical success driver for organizations and individuals in manufacturing workplace. Managing operation with essential tools and talent will enhance the situation to achieve objectives and expectation in an effective manner.  This program is design to provide all the essential methodology which was successful used and apply in Toyota production system.

Organization will gain access to the heart of Toyota production to see how our supervisors set shifts up to succeed, problem solve on a daily basis and deploy continuous improvement such that every shift is better than the previous one.

Program is design for hands-on training course, you will improve your skills  in application of the tools and techniques immediately at your workplace for continual improvement.

This is a 2 days program will specific outline to achieve by the end of each day of training.

Module 4: Visual Management – Tools and Techniques

Module 5: Management of Kamishibai
  • What is Kamishibai?
  • TPS (Toyota Production System) story and standard

Module 6: Effective use of Andon
  • Communication process – Sharing from top to bottom
  • Alert System for the process/organization
