Driving Solutions with Root Cause Analysis

Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is the foundation of troubleshooting for problems or irregularities that may arise in daily situations. RCA is often utilised in various industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, software development, banking, and others to prevent problems from recurring and to improve processes by addressing their underlying causes. It involves delving deeper beyond surface symptoms to understand the contributing factors to a problem’s occurrence.

The essence of RCA lies in identifying the fundamental or underlying causes of problems or issues rather than merely addressing their symptoms. RCA is a systematic approach to problem-solving that seeks to understand why problems occur, rather than simply treating the symptoms or immediate effects.

This programme is designed with hands-on case examples and team exercises, enabling participants to immediately improve their skills in applying RCA tools and techniques in the workplace for continual improvement.
